Corporate Drop Off

  • Orders must be placed within 24 hours of delivery date.
  • Same day orders are possible however your menu choices will be limited to what we have in house.

              All samesday orders are subject to a $25.00 rush charge and delivery charges may vary as we may                        require to use a taxi service for your delivery.

  • We require a minimum of 24 business hours if you wish to cancel an order.
  • Delivery is made by Opulence Catering Services and is subject to a delivery charge.
  • Payment can be made on account with terms of 15 days net or credit card on the day of purchase.
  • Modifications can be made to our menus, additional charges may apply

Corporate Events

  • 50% deposit is required upon booking the balance is due 72 business hours prior to the event date. We require a credit card for additional charges after the event such as additional staff hours, parking charges, landmark fees, loss or damage to rentals, venue or decor.
  • Existing clients can put the balance on account which is payable within 15 days of the event or payable via credit card the day of the event.
  • All final numbers such as guest count must be provided within 5 business days of the event.
  • For seated dinners final menu choices must be provide within 5 business days of the event date.
  • Staffing and rentals may be adjusted to reflect final guest count, these changes will be provided to you prior to the event date
  • Landmark fees, some venues require a fee paid to them based on our services Opulence must be notified of these fees prior to the event so that they can be charged accordingly.
  • Entertainment requirements and meals will be charged accordingly we require 14 business days written notice before the event date.
  • Please note that we will require additional advance notice on guest count and menu choices for events during the month of December.
  • We are pleased to provide tasting's upon request.

  • For weddings and social events we reserve the right to charge a planning fee should we be required to assist you in a search for the perfect venue, tasting's and all other related services. should this fee be charged it will be used as a credit towards your event.
